The Best Vacation Ever

In 2018, together with my sister we went to La Serena, we stayed for a week at an aunt and uncle's house. This was the first time we were going there and that we would know the city, so we had already prepared the activities we would do during the two weeks we had in La Serena.

The day we arrived we rested from the trip, since we went by bus from Angol to Santiago and from there to La Serena, that is, we spent 17 hours on the bus. So we spent the first day touring around to see the center and the fishing terminal of the city; then, the next day, we went to the beach and saw the famous lighthouse that appears in all the pictures of La Serena hahah. After a few days, we would go to see the japanese park.

Finally, before saying goodbye to the city, we had prepared a tour to Isla Damas, where we would go to the Humboldt Penguin National Reserve, where, apart from almost falling off the boat, we would see in the distance several penguins and next to us an otter trying to open a shellfish.

In short, it was the best vacation for everything we did during those two weeks, for everything I saw and for everything I ate hahah, in the end the 34 hours of travel were worth it (maybe not so much xd).
